juniors: 4-12 yrs
Our youngest dancers love to move and groove and that’s just what we have planned for their weekly classes! Our innovative choreography is designed for maximum variety - incorporating many dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobics and even yoga. Our 4-12yrs not only develop physical strength but also mental strength - perfect for growing minds and bodies!
seniors: 13-16yrs
With the most physically challenging syllabus, the 13-16yr students become the epitome of strength, flexibility, stamina and grace all while building a supportive network of friends. The 13-16yr classes are a great physical outlet for girls at a stage where studying or work can often become their only focus. It’s a great way to keep mentally strong as well as physically strong!
ladies: 17yrs +
Our ladies' class is designed to challenge women from all lifestyles. Classes are designed true to our motto ‘Building Strength Through Dance’ and aim to improve posture, flexibility, coordination and strength. Most importantly, our weekly ladies class provides you with an exciting social aspect that keeps you fit and coming back for more! Ladies with all levels of dance experience are welcome to join!

4yrs - 12yrs:
RCP students aged 4-12yrs are required to wear a leotard or BJP Performance Wear to class. Baggy or loose-fitting clothes (including skirts) and school uniforms are not accepted. Hair is to be brushed and neatly slicked back into a low ponytail.
13yrs-Ladies:
Students in our ladies class are to wear activewear or BJP competition attire to class. Baggy or loose-fitting clothes are not accepted. Hair is to be brushed and neatly slicked back off the face.

4yrs - 12yrs
All junior competitors are required to purchase a BJP Leotard or BJP Performance Wear for competitions, both of which can be ordered brand new or purchased second-hand online throughout the year.
Junior students are encouraged to purchase a BJP scrunchie or bow from the BJP Physie Shop to wear at competitions.
13yrs - ladies:
All senior and lady competitors are required to purchase a BJP Leotard or BJP Performance Wear for competitions, both of which can be ordered brand new or purchased second-hand online throughout the year.
Hair accessories for 15yrs-Ladies may not be worn at individual competitions.

At RCP, we offer a wide range of uniforms to suit all ages for both class and competitions, and we encourage all students and parents to purchase at least one RCP item.
