OUR CLUB
Our Club.
Redcliffe City Physie (RCP), established in 2016, invites girls and women to build strength through dance at weekly classes held on the Peninsula.
At RCP, we are passionate about performance and longevity in sports as we strive to empower girls and women by creating a sense of belonging. We are committed to building resilience, creating memories, and maintaining a supportive and fun learning atmosphere.
Teaching Team.
Redcliffe City Physie is proud to boast four dedicated and passionate teachers who bring quality teaching skills to each class.
We aim to assist students in reaching their personal goals, along with creating a happy and safe dance environment. Physie has brought life-long friendship and confidence to our teachers and through this unique sport, they have learned positivity, strength and passion.
Courtney Dickson
Courtney has been involved in Physie for over 20 years and has developed a deep love for all aspects of the sport, from building confidence, the excitement of competing to the joy of teaching.
Physie has played a significant role in her life, shaping not only her skills as a dancer but also her passion for mentoring others. Teaching young girls and ladies is Courtney’s favourite part of Physie, as it allows her to share her knowledge, inspire self-belief, and help each student grow both on and off the floor.
Miss Courtney is excited to watch her students challenge themselves, work hard, and celebrate their achievements in 2026—no matter how big or small their Physie goals may be.

Jade Hood
Jade has been involved in Physie for over 20 years, building a deep and lasting connection to our unique dance sport. Throughout her journey, she has developed a strong love for Physie and a wealth of knowledge that she is incredibly passionate about sharing with both new and existing members. Jade is dedicated to creating a supportive and uplifting environment where every dancer feels encouraged, capable, and inspired. She believes in the power of confidence, consistency, and self-belief, and motivates girls to dream big, work hard, and take pride in every step of their journey—no matter how small those goals may seem.

Shannon Snow
Shannon has been a dancer since 2002 and a dedicated "Physie girl" for ten years. Her success at RCP includes multiple State Finals and placing top 5 in Queensland, and being named Senior Champion and RCP’s Hardest Worker. She is also a proud recipient of the RCP Scholarship Award.
Professionally, Shannon is a Classroom and Instrumental Music Teacher (BMus/BEd). With experience in Baby/Toddler Sensory and Mainly Music, she is passionate about helping our RCP Stars find their rhythm.
In 2026, Shannon aims to help students empower their inner dancer, achieve their goals, and inspire others, providing a supportive environment where everyone can find their "performance sparkle."

Masey Coleman
Masey discovered Physie as a mature-aged woman 12 years ago and has spent the past 11 of those years proudly training with RCP. What began as a new challenge quickly grew into a deep love for the sport and the community that surrounds it.
With a passion for helping others thrive, Masey is dedicated to supporting students as they work toward their personal goals, all while fostering a happy, welcoming, and safe dance environment. She believes Physie is far more than movement — it’s a pathway to confidence, connection, and lifelong friendships.
Through this unique sport, Masey and her fellow teachers have gained positivity, strength, and passion, and they strive to share those same qualities with every student who join RCP.
